What does your role involve at TankSafe®?
I have supported TankSafe® Germany in all its marketing and communications since August 2023.
This includes developing and executing online marketing strategies tailored for the German market, such as conceptualizing and implementing the TankSafe® Germany website (www.tanksafe.de), and crafting advertorials in prominent logistics publications such as “trans aktuell” and “eurotransport.de”.
I’m responsible for creating regular e-mail newsletter campaigns to attract new customers and promote TankSafe® products in Germany.
Additionally, I handle operational tasks like managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube, specifically for the German audience.
What’s your background?
My background spans over two decades in senior international marketing and communication roles, working within the commercial vehicle, finance, technology, insurance, and fashion & lifestyle industries.
I have a degree in business administration, specialising in marketing & sales management, and have worked in global organisations such as MAN Truck & Bus SE, MAN Finance International GmbH, and Hewlett-Packard EMEA GmbH.

In July 2022, I founded Sparkling & Style Communications, a digital marketing consultancy focusing on strategic concepts and creative digital marketing solutions to make brands shine.
What has been your biggest professional achievement so far?
After working in large international companies for more than 20 years, I took the step of becoming my own boss in January 2024. This is one of the biggest personal challenges I've faced in my life so far. I'm really enjoying it and looking forward to an exciting future!
What’s on your wishlist for the next 5 years at TankSafe®?
My goal at TankSafe® is to elevate its presence in Germany and forge partnerships with leading OEMs to integrate TankSafe® into their vehicle production lines as standard.
This will ensure logistics companies are properly protected - addressing their diesel theft and spill concerns, and solving a huge problem within the industry.
What do you enjoy doing out of work?
I love travelling, especially to Italy for its food, wine and rich culture. I like running, bike racing and yoga. And of course, time to enjoy the beach and sea.
If you could pick any three famous people in the world, alive or deceased, to have a chat with, who would they be?
Oh, that's a difficult question. I would say Nelson Mandela as he is an outstanding representative of the struggle for freedom against oppression and social injustice. Bill Gates and Elon Musk due to their impressive careers and, of course, George Clooney, because he's so attractive. ;-)
