What does your role at TankSafe® involve?

I am an ambassador and a huge supporter of the TankSafe® product. This comes from my experience of using the TankSafe® product in thousands of F650 Ford trucks.

What’s your background?

I have been in the Automotive/Fleet industry for over 30 years.

When I was first introduced to TankSafe® I was the Director of Truck Product for the U-Haul Technical Center. I held that position for 18 years. I was responsible for the development and production of all U-Haul moving trucks.

I also sat on Ford Motor Company Fleet Board for almost 8 years advising them and some of the biggest fleets in the country on fleet issues and solutions.

Since my time with U-Haul, I have been responsible for the upfit/manufacturing of tens of thousands of fleet customers’ vehicles.

What has been your biggest professional achievement so far?

Over the last 30 years of my professional career, I have had the attitude to always help to continuously improve the products and services that fleets have.

I have helped create fleet solutions that have saved millions of dollars to fleets’ bottom lines.

The introduction of the TankSafe® product was one of my biggest problems solving, cost savings achievements.

What’s on your wish list for the next 5 years at TankSafe®?

I will not get behind a product or service that I have not used and have tested, and I have tested a lot of fuel theft products. It’s the only anti-syphon product that I could not defeat.

When I was introduced to TankSafe® years ago I found a company full of great problem-solving people that care about the quality and service they offer.

These are some of the best and brightest people and I stand behind their product and will tell anyone about my years of experience working with them.

What do you enjoy doing out of work?

I love to travel and see the world. I also love American football and really enjoy going to games. I have been a hands-on Master Technician for years and love working on cars.

If you could pick any three famous people in the world, alive or deceased, to have a chat with, who would they be?

Henry Ford – Love the automotive manufacturing world.

Robin Williams- He made me laugh harder than anyone.

My Mom – Just to have one more conversation with her.
